Last week we looked at coding our own games. This week we were able to have a go at completing other game applications. Our favourite was ‘Shadowmatic’ where you had to rotate and move a shape to match the shadow.
Year Six have taken on the roles of staff members this week;don’t they look professional! They have been busy around school supporting children, photocopying, laminating, reading, displaying work and even marking work! (Some of us are worried for our jobs!)
This morning in Literacy year six were looking at balanced arguments. The question we had to discuss was, “should we wear a school uniform?” In order to argue this point fairly we split into two groups and argued ‘for’ and ‘against’, in a heated debate. In the end the ‘for’ team won, but the ‘against’ team did mange to sway some votes…so well done to everybody!
